Salary: 24,000 to 26,000 p.a. (depending on category (Translator/Senior), experience and qualifications)

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking an English and French into German Financial Translator to work for an international company based in central London as part of their dynamic team.
This is a full-time position. You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility as part of a multicultural team.

Duties:

" Translating a wide variety of financial documents for our international client base
" Responsibility for the quality assurance of these texts
" Responsibility for cultivating and strengthening relationships with key client contacts


Requirements:

" Fluency in French is essential
" Experience in working in the translation industry
" A degree in a relevant subject, plus a translation qualification and/or the equivalent professional translation experience
" Excellent writing skills, as many of the documents to be translated are in the area of corporate communications
" Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
" English as your source language
" Knowledge of the financial sector would be an advantage and experience of legal translation
" Ability to work under time pressure
" Team-player
" Knowledge of the Trados suite of products and how to use them appropriately in your day-to-day work is an advantage
