The Company
Our client is a well respected and expanding installation and maintenance organisation. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager with a strong electrical engineering background in or around the Bristol area.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Regional Manager role:-
* Full P&L responsibility for the operation and maintenance of all contracts in their area
* Overseeing all project managers and field service engineers, offering trouble shooting advice and design engineering expertise when and where necessary
* Leading from the front, you will be approachable and be experienced building teams
* Active input into the design process as well as project management experience

The Candidate
The Regional Manager experience and qualifications:-
* Proven track record in Electrical Engineering (system specification and fault finding)
* Practical hands on engineering experience preferably from an electrical contracting, industrial plant, facilities management, oil and gas, chemical processing or renewable energy background. Some mechanical engineering or civil engineering experience would also be an advantage
* Previously managed multi site mobile engineers who operate across a wide geography
* Commercially astute with experience of running a full P&L account
* Capable Regional Manager with ambition who is looking build a long-term career as our client has extensive growth plans
* Confident personality and able to communicate across all engineering disciplines, with design engineers, project managers, field service engineers and clients
* Organised, able to prioritise and deliver outstanding results
* Computer literate

The Reward
In return, the Regional Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including a 45k - 55k salary depending upon experience, plus a performance related bonus package, car or car allowance, healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday and additionally as our client is committed to their employees they offer excellent and genuine career progression opportunities.
