This company is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to help ensure their brand is beautifully represented across all
platforms. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Online Editor you will be a guardian of the brand's
visual identity whilst also striving to come up with new and exciting ideas.



The role:

You will be responsible for the following:

- Design, coding and delivery of all weekly emails
- Design of their homepage boxes and banners
- Design of their affiliate banners, which appear across a wide variety of consumer websites
- Design and execution of web pages from templates, working with coders if necessary to create new templates to be used
each season.
- Work closely with Web Content Assistant to ensure correct execution of all graphics for the website.
- Assisting the Senior Graphic Designer with design and production of their beautiful seasonal catalogues, in-store
graphics, window posters, POS and packaging
- Working on retail graphic needs led by their community marketing manager. This will include flyers, posters, POS and
packaging.





Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Preferably have one year's experience of digital design coupled with a beautiful portfolio
- Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite
- A good understanding of HTML/HTML5, Dreamweaver and CSS
- Strong time management skills - ability to manage shifting priorities, whilst maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience of executing original ideas within established brand guidelines
- A passionate and inspired designer able to create outstanding emails and experiences for their customers
- Strong sense of design layout and well versed in typography
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Works effectively under pressure
- A sports participant with a passion for the companies brand
