Do you have an Engineering HND/Degree or time served apprenticeship?
Do you have knowledge of manufacturing techniques particularly for electro-mechanical assemblies?

My client is seeking a manufacturing technician with a biased towards electro-mechanical manufacturing and techniques.

Based in their Abingdon offices you will be working on multiple manufacturing projects and will be responsible for the
completion of the sophisticated manufacturing equipment used to deliver the companies Nano Coating Technology.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
3 phase, single phase and low voltage wiring
Cable and harness manufacture
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and circuit diagrams
Ability to read and understand mechnical drawings
Soldering skills
Testing and fault finding of electrical, electronic and mechanical assemblies
Basic PLC experience
17th Edition qualified

The following skills would be advantageous but not essential:
Electrical safety testing
Vacuum technology
Pneumatics
Panel wiring experience
PLC programming
PAT testing

The ideal candidate will be self motivated with the ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels. A team
player who is capable of working on own initiative, with a positive outlook to all tasks.
