You will speak with existing AA customers, giving them the kind of service that has them raving about the AA as well as
about you, and sell them a range of products. Our people love to rise to a challenge and they also love to learn from
their team manager and coach.

Experience in a contact centre or sales may be useful, but more important is your determination, your positive attitude
and drive to succeed and a desire to be part of our winning team.

Basic salary is 15,615 with commission that brings it over 19,500 just for hitting your targets. But your earning
potential is limitless (most of our people are earning 22,000) - the more you achieve the more you earn. You will be
based in our award winning Newcastle office.

And if all that isn't enough, we have fabulous benefits. Our shifts don't include working past 8pm during the week and
Saturday working is limited. There is a free car and bike park and good public transport links to the city centre.
