Software Technical Support - 1st/2ndLine Support

IT software technical support analyst is required for an opportunity close to Wolverhampton. Looking ideally for a
graduate who has 1-2 years commercial experience of working with SQL coding and an understanding of VB.net development.
You will be working in an expanding software house that develops bespoke solutions for clients across the UK, Europe and
America. Initially your role will be to offer 1st and 2nd line support both onsite and also via telephone and remote
access with a view to progress into a 3rd line and implementation role after 12-18 months. A strong Wintel / Microsoft
support background is essential.
Key skills for this role are commercial experience with SQL coding, phone and remote access support and excellent
communication. Desirable skills are ITIL foundation, degree qualified and experience of VB.net development.
Working hours are 9-5.30 and the location is easily accessible from Birmingham, Staffordshire and Telford.
