Our client, a world class infrastructure business, is looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to work on one of their
contracts across the Waltham, Newham, Redbridge and Barking Boroughs.

the successful candidate will be responsible for producing a wide range of work winning PQQ and bid materials addressing
both public and private sector clients.

Requirements
You will need to be an experienced Mechanical technician with a proven track record of at least 3 years UK experience in
order to gain CTC (Counter Terrorism Check) clearance.

We are looking for a highly multi-skilled individual in building services, with a strong understanding of mechanical
systems.

Responsibilities
Control of Sub Contractors and temporary staff.
Control the issue of all Safety Permits.
Provide hands on and technical solutions for PPM work and fault rectification.
Be fully conversant and provide detailed knowledge of plant status, Building Conditions, and services availability.
CMMS reporting sheets to be completed ensuring all details are correct in order for the Administrator to enter correct
details onto the system

The Individual
Excellent team skills.
Knowledge of cooling tower
Good communication skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of BMS systems to fault diagnostic level, Trend systems being an advantage.
Be medically fit to carry out Manual work, work at heights, and confined spaces.
Proven experience in Building Services.
PC Literate.
