An expanding medium sized business, based in the Southampton/Hampshire area, is currently seeking a proven Credit Supervisor, to join its small but bustling Finance function. This role requires a candidate with desire to make a difference, who enjoys a varied/hands-on role and great with customers. Key duties include: management and direction of two credit staff; setting and monitoring credit limits both ensured and uninsured customers; manage the release of orders on a daily basis and ensure the smooth interaction between various departments; ensure all credit limits and data is accurate and up-to-date for insurance purposes; manage the process to contact all new customers to review payment terms; target and monitor key problem customer collections; advise on credit policies and processes, improve when deemed necessary.
