Our client, a market leading blue chip business based in Northampton, is currently looking to recruit a commercially aware Manufacturing Finance Manager to join one of its UK divisions. The role and your responsibilities: reporting to the FD and with a dotted line in to operational business partners and stakeholders you will be responsible for providing management accounting and analytical support to core business areas and finance functions across the business; your principal duties will include: preparation and finalisation of month end close and variance analysis; preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plans; the management of annual and periodic stock takes as well as driving operational and cost efficiency through the better use and understanding of ERP systems and product costing; you will also be responsible for providing accurate reporting on materials and labour, overheads, wastage and variances. Experience sought in the successful candidate: this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or Passed Finalist level Finance Manager (ideally from a manufacturing and stock focused FMCG background) to prove themselves in a very forward-thinking and dynamic UK business.
