This leading and fast growing asbestos management consultancy that offers a wide range of asbestos/environmental services
nationwide is actively looking for an Asbestos Survey/Analyst to cover a mixed bag of contracts in and around the North
West area.

The applicant must hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 certificates and must have previous demonstrable experience within
the asbestos industry.

The role will entail undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various buildings -
commercial and industrial.

Carrying out smoke, background, leak reassurance, reoccupation, personal air-testing, visual and 4 stage clearances.

Other responsibilities will include overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out removal work ensuring that all work is
carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

Collating and writing accurate reports.

Developing and maintaining good relationship with the company's portfolio of clients.

Overall, the successful candidate must have good work ethic, be flexible, have good communication skills, both written
and verbal and must have the ability to work independently.
