Employment Solicitor

This South Manchester firm has experienced fantastic growth in the space of the last 18 months so much so that the head
of department is now tasked with recruiting an additional junior Employment solicitor to the team.

The employment work undertaken is a mix of Respondent and higher level executive Claimant work and the focus is to
develop the firm's connections with local businesses and industry to further grow the Respondent employment case-load.

Sought is an Employment lawyer with between 6 months - 2 years experience (Claimant or Respondent).

You will work closely with the head of the department and will be encouraged to pro-actively business develop and network
to grow both the firm's and your own profile in the local market. The right Employment Solicitor will need to have a
clear desire and aptitude for business development and you will need to have strong connections to the Cheshire market.

As a new start-up the prospect for career progression and professional advancement is excellent. Supervision and support
will be there when you need it but you will be encouraged to take on responsibility from the outset.
