Electrical / Instrumentation Specialist - Renewable Energy
Location - home based - anywhere in UK - will involve some UK travel and occasional overseas / International travel
Starting salary 40 - 65k + car + private health care + pension + bonus + 25 days
The Person:
Chartered engineer, honours degree in Electrical or Control Engineering.
Degree, Beng, B.Eng, BSc, B.Sc, Ceng, C.eng, Chartered, MSc, M.Sc, Meng, m.eng
Experience in Electrical & Control engineering of renewable energy systems in particular relating to wind, wave and tidal
energy.
Familiar with relevant IEC standards. development of technology and products to support this global business area, we are
recruiting a Lead Electrical/Instrumentation Specialist
Experience in the design of medium and high voltage AC and DC systems, Power electronics.
Understand challenges of embedding renewable energy systems into the electrical supply grid.
Able to lead technical projects.
Opportunity to represent company on national standards committees and international standards committees.
