Experienced Audatex estimator required for my client in Salisbury, preferably someone who has experience of panel beating or paint spraying.

Ability to negotiate with insurance engineers.
Good communication skills are of upmost importance for this position. To possess the ability to engage with private and corporate customers with confidence.

Successful applicants need to communicate their experience and professionalism with high levels of customer service.

The role requires the ability to understand the clients needs but also the ability to upsell when and where the opportunity arises. Business acumen is essential. Above all to offer honest good value advise to all clients and to maximize profit.

2. Diary / Job Management
3. Negotiation skills
4. Workshop loading
5. Purchase all parts and paint etc
6. Check discounts
7. Control hours
8. Quality check
9. Courtesy car control
10. Invoice all bodyshop repairs
