Personal Injury Team Leader required for leading UK specialist Law firm based in West Yorkshire.

Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in Yorkshire. A litigation specialist, our client delivers high quality legal
services on regional and national basis. With lots of scope for progression they also run an enviable bonus scheme.

Our client are currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader to manage a team of fee earners and legal assistants. The team
deal with a full range of personal injury matters from initial instruction to settlement and as such the ideal candidate
will have strong technical knowledge in personal injury litigation.

It will be the post holder's responsibility to coach, motivate and inspire team members to work as efficiently and
productively as possible and to lead by example.

Strong management skills with a proven track record in a similar role along with an ability to work in a target driven
environment are essential.
