standards and time scales are always achieved To liaise with reception when repairs are likely to take longer than
previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times As an Audi Workshop Controller, you
responsibilities would be: Customer Ensure all work is completed timely and are accurate, managing the customer's
expectations at all times To report and seek advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted so that
these may be overcome and the customer kept informed where delays result Technical To assist in providing on the job
instruction to Apprentices in order that they develop the practical skills required To ensure all work is carried out
with due regard to health, safety and welfare of both employees and customers To keep up to date with all technological
developments To comply with all Company policies and procedures Team To support all team members and work together for
the benefit of the dealership. Person Specifications: This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will: Have good
workshop knowledge Have good technical skills Be up to date with all technology Be able to communicate effectively and
resolve problems quickly and efficiently Be able to provide outstanding customer service Have excellent communication,
organisation and inter-personal skills Have good attention to detail Be flexible and possess a GSoH Be able to comply
with all Company and manufacturer's disciplines and procedures Benefits: This position offers excellent terms and
