Job Title: CCTV Installations Engineer

Location: East Midlands (with nationwide travel)

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 pro-rata (DOE)

Duration: 3 Months

Start Date: Immediate

Introduction:
My client is a market leader in security surveillance technology; they provide high quality security solutions to their
prestigious client base nationwide. Due to continued expansion they now require an experienced CCTV Engineer to join
their existing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and installing CCTV systems in town
centre/public areas nationwide. Please note this is initially a 3 month fixed term contract, however for the right
candidate could result in an offer of permanent employment.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible in your approach to work and be prepared to stay away from home
overnight occasionally.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with sales staff and directors on pre installation and post installation of security equipment.
- Project manage own workload and organise schedules in order to carry out work in a timely and effective manner.
- Set up and pre commission of equipment prior to installation.
- Installation, commissioning of CCTV systems.
- Ensure all electrical installations are compliant to legislative requirements.
- Manage and ordering of equipment for jobs.
- Ensure you comply fully with necessary health & safety regulations at all times.
- Promote the reputation of the company and to create a first class impression of the company at all times.

Applicant Requirements:

Essential:
- Must have previous 'hands on' engineering experience of CCTV systems.
- Experience of working with both digital and analogue CCTV systems.
- Experience of project managing own workloads.
- Experience of wireless networks - LAN/WAN.
- Logical thinker and a good problem solver.
- Self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Able to work and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hold MEWP 1B & 3B.
- Hold a full valid driving licence.

Desirable:
- Hold engineering qualifications within a relevant discipline.
- Experience of Axis CCTV Systems.

Benefits:
- 26,000 - 30,000 - pro rata, dependent on experience.
