Are you a Team Lead Java Developer looking for a challenging role which will progress your technical leadership and Java
development skills? As a Team Lead Java Developer you'll find yourself in charge of a medium sized team of Software
Engineers, providing technical direction and strategy for development projects on daily basis. Currently the team develop
software targeting large scale server-side apps which control the content flow for systems within next generation
handheld and communications technology. Working with agile methodologies and attending daily scrum meetings, Software
Engineers are encouraged to contribute to product ideas and engage with the future of the company! As a Team Lead Java
Developer you will work closely with Systems Architects, other Team Leaders and Project Managers to achieve company goals
and escalate solutions for project issues. Team Lead Java Developers are entitled to brilliant benefits including a

Team Lead Java Developer requirements:

Object-orientated programming
Proven technical leadership
Server-side software development in Java
Multithreaded software applications

Jetty, Service Orientated Architecture, PL SQL, APIs, Content Management Systems
