We urgently require 10 Customer Service and Sales Representatives for our Energy Efficiency Company in Birmingham City Centre.

We are seeking customer service representatives to interact with customers and provide them with information in response to there enquires about our clients products and services and help them to ascertain what is the best and most cost effective energy efficiency solutions for them.
You will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation. Previous experience in a customer facing role is desired but not essential. A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required


You will be responsible for-

-surveying the property in order to generate quotations

-receiving orders from customers

-processing the applications

The opening is varied, and does involve an element of face-to-face sales with the general public across a variety of locations and media including at their own homes. As such, impeccable customer service levels are needed at all times.
