A highly successful and growing company is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (southern region) to build up and maintain a customer portfolio whilst ensuring agreed targets are met and exceeded.
The role will involve the following duties; Overall responsibility for retention of key customers and contracts and maintaining customer relations within your regions; Achieving sales targets as specified in your commission plan; Responsibility for customer presentations, tenders, proposals and contract documents, quotes etc. Working with the sales team to develop new and/or improved product and service offerings along with the sales and marketing plan and strategy and maintaining effective communication with the National Sales Manager.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in a B2B Field sales role and ideally, although not essential, a knowledge of either the automotive or graphics industry. This person must also have a high level of commercial awareness along with excellent MS Office skills.
