Our clients are a privately owned Building Services Contractors(circa 15 million turnover), who provide mechanical and
electrical building services to a range of blue chip clients. They are looking to recruit a proven Business
Development/Bid Manager with a successful track record in the construction industry to cover the north of England. In
short, duties will include prospecting clients, negotiating on mechanical and electrical tenders, presentations and
contractual closure. Essentially with an M&E background, applicants will be expected to have industry contacts such as
main contractors, managing agents, consultants, estate/facilities managers, possibly architects etc. This is an
