You will be working for an award winning and expanding organisation, benefitting from an excellent working environment. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager. To be considered for this role you will have gained experience in facilities management across multiple sites, in this role you will be required to manage the European and North African Operations, whilst being based in the Cardiff area. Flexibility is a must as you will be required to travel to and work in different sites on a regular basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
The delivery of facilities across Europe and North Africa
Responsible for hard and soft services
Negotiate agreements with suppliers
Lead, manage and motivate a UK facilities team capable of supporting the companies FM needs
Assist with the global introduction of commercial lease processes and procedures
Oversee all elements of insurance across all properties
Coordinate the operation of facilities and management services.
Issue building access passes for all sites.
Ensure all Health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and files are kept up to date
CAD experience would be desirable
