Field Service Engineer / Plant Fitter
Location: Slough
Salary: 26,800 (up to 38k OTE with overtime)

An exciting new opportunity has just arisen for a Field Service Engineer to join HM Plant working from their Slough-based
office covering sites across North London and Three Counties.

We are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to help us continue to be market leaders within our field. The
Construction Plant Engineer will be travelling to our customers' premises to carry out required servicing, inspection and
repairs on site as well as establishing good relations with our customers to build their confidence with our company.

Field Service Engineer / Construction Plant Engineer Duties:
* Carry out required servicing, inspection and repairs on site and at customers' premises
* Establish good relations with customers and, through your ability and efficiency, build up their confidence in the
company's after sales product support and ranges of equipment
* Maintain good communications with customers and colleagues
* Meticulous processing of documentation
* Keep a professional image with good organisational skills, a clean service vehicle and personal presentation
* Work safely and in accordance with the company's Quality and Environmental policies

Field Service Engineer / Plant Fitter Person Specification:
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English
* Qualified and experienced fitters, familiar with modern mobile hydraulic, electrical and electronic circuits
* Solid engineering background that allows specific product training, which will be provided on a regular basis
* Courteous, conscientious and enthusiastic with a strong customer service ethic and commercial awareness
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as part of a national team of Field Service Engineers
