KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - AUTO REPLENISHMENT Full Time Salary between 15,000 and 17,000, dependant on experience
This role is supporting our Key Account Team to deliver a first class service to customers who use our software driven
"Auto Replenishment" service. This service offers automatic, just-in-time replenishment of customer's stationery (cheques
and credits) without the need for manual ordering.
Your role would be to undertake the administration of all aspects of the Auto replenishment service - including file
downloads/uploads, order processing, customer query handling and reporting.
You are required to have a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills. You will possess excellent communication
skills, and have the confidence to liaise at all levels, both on the telephone, and face to face.
You must be IT literate, and be confident with all windows based software packages, including excel. GCSE C or above, or
equivalent, in Maths and English would be required.
Experience in Sales and/or Business Development would be an advantage, as we expect the successful candidate to be able
to support the future growth of Auto Replenishment sales.
