Our client a specialist component manufacturing group supplying into worldwide markets are due to expansion looking to further strengthen their manufacturing department.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will manage multiple process improvements projects, and be an integral part in reducing waste and increasing productivity by using modern manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
You will posses a strong academic background with experience within the following areas:-

* New Product Introduction (NPI)
* Experience of "Lean Manufacturing"
* Specification of process methodology
* Design into manufacture

The position also requires the successful candidate to play a part in multiple projects, ensuring the introductions of new products are successfully completed on time, within budget and with the minimum amount of disruption to production.
