Some of the duties include: lead the annual audit of the Group including consolidation of local packs, statutory accounts preparation and liaison with Auditors and tax personnel; take full responsibility for the consolidated weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting of the Group ensuring that KPIs are correctly calculated, reported on and improved where appropriate to ensure the controlled growth of the Group; work with members of the local Finance teams to ensure that a rigid set of financial controls are maintained and adhered to and ensure that local teams are maintaining monthly reconciliation files to confirm accurately the Groups reports; lead the annual budget process including setting timetable and reports required and ensure that local teams supply information in a timely manner for a consolidated budget to be produced to meet overall Group timescales.
