A fantastic opportunity to join a small business based in Crawley. They have two divisions: one builds campervans; the
other does plumbing and heating contracting. The company has been running for several years, and needs someone to
facilitate the next phase of their growth strategy. They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person, who loves a new
challenge and varied work. You should love to throw yourself in wholeheartedly!



You will be involved in every part of the business, helping them to put in place good systems of administration, filing
and business procedures. They particularly would like to develop their web presence, and you will ideally have experience
with blog entries, Facebook, Twitter, SEO linkbuilding and web design.



You should have excellent spoken and written English, good numeracy skills and be confident with all computer work. An
interest in social media and web design would be helpful. You should have organisational skills, and be able to plan
filing systems and work systems. The company are high-octane, but disorganised - that's why they need you. You should be
a self-starter, who can work with others, or alone, without needing lots of detailed instructions. The office is situated
at a private house, and so is a well-equipped yet homely environment. There is the potential for some remote working -
ie, working from home; there will be some periods of lone working too.



The job may well suit a recent graduate, who seeks varied experience. Willingness to be flexible in work patterns,
methods and times is important, as is desire to learn new things and develop new skills. It may lead to further training
opportunities and management potential for the right person.
