Salary: 22,450 - 27,450

Our client is currently the largest national Provider of Offender Learning in the UK; their highly qualified employees
are fully trained in security arrangements in order for them to deliver a responsive curriculum within prisons across
England 52 weeks a year.

With this in mind they are currently seeking to appoint a full time Personal and Social Development Tutor to work within
the Education provision.

Within the role you will be required to develop lesson plans based around best practice and quality targets, actively
contributing to development and ensuring the safeguarding of learners.

Emphasis is placed on tutors working in partnership with prison and probation colleagues to create a cohesive learning
journey that improves employability and contributes to the reduction of re-offending.

Applicants for the tutor role must have relevant teaching experience and hold a teaching qualification or subject
specialist qualification at Level 5 with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within a given timescale.

To succeed within the role, candidates will need to have a pragmatic and non judgmental approach to their work and the
flexibility to adapt to meet learner requirements when necessary.
