The Marketing/IT Project Manager

Currently, we are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager for the Web Applications and Marketing Group in the Customer
Applications area.

The Marketing IT Project Manager will execute Project Management processes and deliverables; Provide Bi-Weekly status
reporting to the IT PMO; Manage sponsor expectations and ensures that project requirements are documented and achieved;
maintains status updates to project sponsors as defined by current team practices;

The Marketing IT Project Manager will Manage a team of matrixed resources across IT and business support groups
1. Demonstrated effective project management skills, especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating
teammates.
2. Demonstrated success translating objectives into project plans.
3. Demonstrated success with scheduling and cost processes.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, sometimes unrelated efforts simultaneously.
5. Ability to work within a matrixed environment with specific responsibility and accountability to Business
Management/Sponsors, IT Management/Sponsors, and IT PMO leadership.
6. Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt to changing processes and standards as they evolve from the new organization
structure.
7. Ability to effectively apply established project standards and change management processes
