Employment Partner with proven business development skills and following required for a leading Leeds Firm

Our client, a well regarded and highly profitable commercial practice based in Leeds are seeking an Employment Partner to
join their successful team. You will be experienced in a wide variety of employment matters and have sound legal analysis
and drafting skills as well as a client following and a proven ability to generate new revenue streams.

The team is well regarded in its area of expertise and and provides contentious and non-contentious advice to Respondents
on a range of employment issues. The team manage good quality matters to include:

* Business reorganisations, drafting and negotiating contracts of employment
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Executive service/compromise/severance agreements
* Executive terminations
* Redundancies
* Unfair and wrongful dismissals
* Transfers of undertakings (TUPE)
* Restrictive covenants and employee confidentiality
* Discrimination
* Strike negotiations
* HR and regulatory advice
