Excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B sales engineer to join global manufacturer and develop South East sales.
Guyson International Limited is one of the largest independent manufacturers of blast finishing, spray wash and
ultrasonic cleaning equipment in Europe with a world-wide reputation for excellence. Guyson are looking to expand their
UK sales team with the successful recruitment of a Field Sales Engineer (South East).
The Field Sales Engineer's main role is to target customers from a wide range of industry sectors including manufacturing
and service based and to present Guyson products. The Field Sales Engineer will be expected to develop opportunities
within their territory and to positively convert sales leads quickly. As well as lead generation and conversion, it is
expected that the candidate will carry out demonstrations of Guyson equipment at customer sites and in their
Demonstration and Evaluation Centre in Skipton, Yorkshire. Reporting to the Executive Sales and Marketing Director, the
Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for updating and reporting on sales opportunities in order to assist management
in their sales forecasting and also for feeding back market information.
The successful candidate will have B2B sales experience preferably but not necessarily within the surface treatment
equipment arena, as full product and application training will be given. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
are expected as the role requires the candidate to present confidently in front of high profile decision makers. The
Field Sales Engineer will be expected to manage their customer visits with sound territory and time management skills.
Guyson International Limited is looking for a candidate who is commercially astute, able to negotiate and have practical
and confident delivery. Experience in using CRM systems is an advantage.
This Field Sales Engineer role will be home based to cover London, South East and East Anglia.
