We have an exciting IT Assets Administrator position, working for one of the worlds-leading providers to the civil
aerospace, defence aerospace, marine and energy and nuclear markets. The role will be for 6 months, Derby or Bristol
based and is an opportunity to develop within a global organisation that has outstanding growth and future plans.

Role Responsibilities:

The candidates will be looking after IT asset management looking after the department's current hardware and also
involved in discussions around acquiring hardware for the departments both at Bristol and Derby within the Supply Chain
Unit. They will do this by liaising with Hewlett Packard and will need to have the technical hardware knowledge to speak
the language. They will also be required to move data within those pieces of hardware around also moving the data
around.. They will be looking at the Intranet and carrying out restructure on this by managing the information and
updating it.

Essential/Required Skills & Experience:

* Management of IT hardware assets across Installations & Controls in Derby and Bristol

* Interface with RR corporate IT Services and IT Partner (HP)

* Communication with Engineering population and management team on all IT related issues

* Advice and guidance to Intranet website managers

* Data infrastructure management across the Installations & Controls LAN

Desirable Skills & Experience:

* Evidence of integrating IT from the receiving/customer end (not Front End) IE from customers POV, the people who use
the IT

* Technologies - JavaScript, HTML and VB

* Experience in a similar role ie some deployment experience
