My client is a position to open their doors to welcome a Qualified IT/ Trainer To join this fast growing team in the North West Region.

This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for people development who is able to engage with learners as they embark on an Advanced IT Apprenticeship. Focusing upon delivering a high quality service to learners, motivating and supporting them with their personal development you will mentor individuals, assessing young people on pre apprenticeship and technical apprenticeship programmes along with liaising with employers.

You will be delivering the Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals. The framework is made up of the following -

Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
Key Skills / Functional Skills
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA): Network Fundamentals
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA): Security Fundamentals
CompTIA A+ (optional)

Job Role
* Internal Verification and Assessment for IT Apprenticeships Level 2,3 and 4.
* Experience in delivering bespoke short IT courses.
* IT project work.
* Maintain appropriate tracking systems and procedures for Quality, Compliance, Assessment and Management.
* Monitor Apprenticeship progress and Learning.

* A1 or D32/ D33 or equivalent
* V1 or D34/ D35 or equivalent
* PTLLS
* Must have MS Specialist and Cisco qualifications.
* Proven occupational experience in IT.

Person Specification

You will have good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with anoutgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. Candidates will be subject to an enhanced CRB check and will need to hold full UK driving licence to travel to visit learners around Manchester and surrounding areas. I will be making a short list the top candidates for interview.
