Overview
Accountable for the support and regional delivery of qualifications to provide guidance to Area Internal Verifiers and Trainer Assessors ensuring company targets are met ensuring quality assurance in line with the Quality Assurance strategy and delivery of all training KPI's.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to Area Internal Verifiers - ensuring Assessors meet Awarding Organisation requirements.
* Support the development of Training Advisors in conjunction with the development team, supporting to fulfil the key components of the training cylce from sign up to delivery.
* Disseminate best practise through coaching and standardisation, incorporating latest information from the team and utilisation of SOWS.
* Liaise with the Lead Internal Verifier and Performance Manager to ensure KPI's and quality compliances are met.
* To undertake observational visits and review the use of initial assessment and the completion of reviews to meet findings and quality assurance requirements.
* To attend Team Meetings local and regional to present up to date information.
* Identify development solutions in conjunction with the area management and Lead Internal Verifiers to meet individual needs and implement.
* To ensure a professional delivery is provided by assessors and IV's on customer sites, to share and update sampling plans on a monthly basis and acting on any causes of concern.
* Attend Internal/External workshops and meetings to ensure own knowledge is up to date and relevant.
* Advise the development need of any quality improvements required in terms of training and assessments materials.
* Carry out Formative/Summative IV according to IV Strategy and in line with CAMERA and Training Advisors rationales.
* Advise, guide TA's on how to deliver programmes to comply with timely success and to awarding body requirements.
* Evaluate MAYTAS information/QSR data to monitor trends or issues with learners/assessors and agree an action plan to offset any areas of underperformance.
* Provide up to date and accurate information to Lead Internal Verifiers, NVQ Performance Manager and Development Manager.
* Monitor the number and causes of OOFs and to advise Area Managers and Regional Managers of potential OOFs and implement action plan as necessary.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of internal quality assurance measures for each assessments process for Hospitality and provide feedback.
* Monitor Company stated MLP completions rates and review with Managers the QSR data to identify trends and where additional support needs to be directed.

* A1 and V1/TAQA or equivalent
* GCSE English/Maths or Key Skill Level 2
* Active IV for at least 1 years experience within Hospitality.
* Hospitality qualifications.
Desirable
*PTLLS or equivalent & Health and Safety level 2, Key Skills /Functional Skills level 3, Team Leader or Management.
Occupational Experience
* Experience of working within WBL sector.
* Manager/Duty Manager.
* Working with SFA/ESF Funded contracts.
* Good occupational experience within Hospitality and Customer Service.
* Excellent knowledge of a wide range of NVQ Programmes in Hospitality, Team Leading, Customer Service and Cleaning.
