An opportunity has arisen to join an established private Training Provider experienced in delivering NVQ apprenticeships, coaching and business training to 2500 people across England and Wales. With Investors In People accreditation this company has grown to become one of the largest business solutions providers in Wales and the South West. GPRS have been engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre training professionals to help continue to drive the business forward.

This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development along with a "can do" attitude and a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within the Health & Social Care sector whilst being able to demonstrate quality of work.

The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has occupational experience within the Health & Social Care industry (preferably within residential or domiciliary care) with a good knowledge of the process involved in assessment. D32/33 or A1 Qualified you will have Assessed NVQ's in Health & Social Care up to level 3 in a previous role and have experience of delivering apprenticeships including functional skills and technical certificates. Focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers, you will be responsible for delivering intermediate and advanced Apprenticeship contracts and functional skills to a caseload of learners in the work place. Candidates that have experience of delivering up to level 5 or hold a teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) will be looked upon favourably although further training and development will be on offer to successful candidates.

Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. This role is home based but Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will expected to travel to visit learners around the Bath and surrounding areas. Candidates will also be subject to CRB checks.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 23K, travelling expenses, work tools, attractive holiday entitlement together with further training and development.
