Due to our growing client portfolio, we are seeking an ambitious recruitment consultant to join our sales team. Your key responsibilities will be to develop interim and full time staffing business from healthcare organisations and place high calibre health systems staff with our clients. The role offers a lot of autonomy with support from experienced directors within the business.
Ideal supports healthcare organisations throughout the UK with their service transformation and health system implementation projects, through the provision of consultancy, staffing and training solutions. We have an enviable reputation that has been built on the professionalism of our team and the quality of our service.
In order to secure this role you will possess;
* strong experience in recruitment sales and winning new business
* the ability to talk to clients at all levels in an organisation
* a professional sales orientated approach
With an emphasis on building business relationships and achieving targets, this role will involve developing and sustaining effective customer relationships with key contacts within your region, identifying opportunities within these healthcare organisations, proposing staffing solutions to meet the requirements of these clients and growing revenues through effective account management.
