Real Estate Litigation

This firm has a growing profile in the Liverpool market and with further plans to expand it is an exciting time to join.

The litigation team provides specialist advice on a broad range of disputes, from higher level commercial litigation work to more niche property litigation.

Due to increased work across the team, they have an identified a need to recruit an additional experienced lawyer to focus on property litigation work. The ideal candidate will be based in the Liverpool or wider North West market, have a good track record in property litigation and/or commercial litigation, and be confident handling cases and making quick commercial decisions.

Property litigation has been identified as a growth area for the firm, so anyone with at least 4 years' experience and a good background in property litigation work is encouraged to apply. The firm is open minded on level and more experienced candidates with contacts and the drive to business develop are also of interest.
