Within the Public Relations and Marketing team, you are responsible for the website, e communications and social media.
You therefore play a pivotal role in encouraging public participation in all the organisation has to offer, both online
and onsite. A talented and well-organised individual with considerable web and digital marketing experience, you will
play a major part in driving forward the next phase of website development.
You know what makes online content engaging and are excited by the possibilities presented by social media for building
new audiences. Your technical ability is matched by your outstanding writing skills
and attention to detail. You are naturally collaborative and can manage numerous projects to tight deadlines. You are at
home with web-analytics software and campaign analysis, and understand usability and accessibility best practice,
Responsibilities
Website: Working collaboratively to ensure the site is accurate, constantly refreshed and topical and that visitors are
encouraged to explore further.
- E-communications. Delivering targeted e-marketing campaigns and newsletters to support different audiences and
interests.
- Social media: Managing the growth of social media platforms as communication tools.
Minimum qualifications:
- Educated to degree level and substantial experience in web development and digital marketing.
Preferred knowledge and attributes:
- Thorough knowledge of CMSs and web-analytics software, experience of coding in HTML and CSS.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- A naturally collaborative approach.
