Due to continued success a new role has been created in our Beaumaris branch for a Graduate Account Manager with the drive and enthusiasm to join the dedicated and passionate, award winning team in moving the business forward to its next level. Supporting the Business Manager your duties will be varied and challenging including the management of allocated vacancies, candidates, and employer clients.
We are looking for a motivated graduate who is a self-starter and is keen to develop a career within the recruitment industry. You will enjoy working in a professional, fast paced and proactive environment and will be passionate about developing relationships to provide the highest standards of service. Your duties will be challenging, varied and rewarding to include;
* Conducting thorough competency based-interviews with candidates, assessing suitability to represent Letterbox Recruiting as skilled, experienced and high calibre professionals
* Assisting with quality shortlisting for vacancies
* Preparing CVs for client submission and guiding clients with support where required
* Organising interviews on behalf of employer clients
* Gathering and delivering feedback on interviews and effectively handling job offers
* Proactively contacting existing employer clients to maintain and develop relationships further
* Creating detailed and appealing vacancy advertisements, where required
* First point of contact on the telephone in Beaumaris office, assisting with queries effectively
* Meeting and greeting visitors and responding to email enquiries
* Contacting candidates to establish requirements and availability
* Managing diary and booking appointments as directed by the Business Manager
* Maintaining candidate records ensuring adherence to legislation requirements
* Working closely with colleagues in both offices to share information and ideas to enable the company to achieve optimum performance
* Weekly reporting on activity
Essential requirements to be considered for the post;
* A social sciences or business related degree such as Law, Marketing, Finance, Business Studies
* Desire to succeed in a fast paced commercial environment
* Confident and professional manner
* Exceptional listening skills
* Able to demonstrate experience of working in an organised and methodical fashion
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to write effective correspondence with excellent grammar and attention to detail
* Accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
* Very good working knowledge of MS Office and au fait with modern technology
* Proven ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines, in a calm and professional manner using initiative
* Self starter who takes a proactive approach to work
* Personable and approachable with the ability to build long term relationships
* A well presented and smart professional appearance
* Team player who works towards common business goals
* Willingness to learn and flexibility towards tasks
* The role will involve visiting our Rhuddlan office on a monthly basis and adhoc outings representing the company at various external events, therefore a full driving license is essential.
* A Welsh speaker is desirable although not essential
Starting salary: £15,000 basic, plus branch performance related quarterly bonus after 3 months initial service. In addition, you will receive 33 days holiday inclusive of statutory bank holidays, and study support for recruitment knowledge development where required. Working within our Investors in People award winning organisation you will have excellent opportunities for further career development.
Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Mon-Thu, 8.45am-5pm Friday. (Flexibility will be required on occasions due to the nature of the business).
