Our client is seeking an experienced professional with excellent organsational and administrative skills and an ability to proactively assist customers in person in a friendly and helpful manner. Based within our client's busy office and showroom in Colwyn Bay, your responsibilities will be varied and challenging to include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the telephone
* Assisting with customer enquiries
* Securing product sales and maximising up/cross-selling opportunities
* Negotiating pricing and collating information
* Assisting with the smooth running of the showroom
* Scheduling and allocating tasks on a daily basis
* Preparing estimates and raising invoices
* Providing a high level of administration support
* Assisting with diary management for the proprietor
* Maintaining accurate customer records
Essential requirements to be considered for the role:
* Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a commercial environment
* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
* Confident communication at all levels
* Outstanding organisational skills

Salary: £19,890
Hours: 45 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, and every Saturday, 9am - 2pm.
Location: Colwyn Bay
