TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR - ABILITY TO HELP ENGINEERS You will have a strong administrative background, able to work
unsupervised, the role will involve responsibility for sales order processing, working to ensure that procedures and
warranties are maintained, this position for example, would be ideal for a person in a motor trade helpdesk type job.
Previous experience in a technical help-desk or an engineering qualification would be an advantage, though this not
essential, the job will be predominately split in respect of 75% of the time being administration, 25% of time, technical
assistance. * You will fully understand the technical functions of our products and that of other manufacturers. * You
will be responsible for the introduction of Engineering Change information and withdrawal process for Service office and
field staff. In line with our current SRV procedures. * You will provide technical support to external and internal
customers. * You will maintain up to date service technical information at all times for the Service staff. * You will
co-ordinate all Service activity including the communication with customers and Production who will provide the personnel
and equipment. Including direct deliveries.You will be responsible for Spares Order Processing. * You will assist when
required in organizing service staff to set up and dismantle exhibitions in liaison with Marketing. * You will ensure
