Birmingham based Slick Property Client are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support three busy Directors. The
role will also entail office management duties.
This is an all encompassing role managing the conflicting demands of three very busy directors. You will need to be
proactive, think on your feet and have exceptional organisational experience.
You will have client contact both internal and external. You will be managing diaries, emails, producing reports,
presentations, working on projects and also undertake office management duties. This will include HR duties such as
managing absence, sickness, dealing with confidential personnel files and much more.
Applicant must have ideally property or financial services experience within a PA/Executive Assistant role.
