A Customer Service Advisor is currently required for our Newbury Contact Centre to deliver a responsive and proactive
service to our residents. Acting as the first point of contact the focus of this role is to provide a high quality
emergency response to a range of enquiries, logging and tracking caller requests in a prompt and timely manner and
liaising with our maintenance team to co-ordinate appointments.
Applicants must have a strong customer focus, be self motivated and demonstrate a high level of empathy, tenacity and
confidence when addressing a variety of issues. Excellent telephone skills and administrative experience are essential,
together with the necessary calm, patient and organised attributes required within this challenging and rewarding role.
Working 37 hours per week, this role is based on a 24/7 shift pattern (which will include working nights and weekends as
well as day shifts).
A full UK driving licence is required as you will be expected to carry out occasional off-site resident visits in
conjunction with your shift pattern.
