A great 3 month fixed term contract has arisen for a Data Management Lead to co-ordinate the Mach 1 business transformation / SAP implementation at our Client's site in Peterborough.
Primary Job Duties for the Data Management Lead:
* Responsible for coordinating with the local facility, Mach 1 Regional and Global Teams the data cleansing and conversion process for Mach 1 Deployments
* Work with Mach 1 Process Team resources to document conversion program functional requirements including legacy system to Mach 1 SAP data mapping
* Accountable to ensure the successful migration of legacy data to Mach 1 SAP during testing (Mock cycles) and go live data loads
* Travel within the UK will be involved
Skills & Experience Desired for the Data Management Lead:
* 1-2 years experience with application development using C, Java, or similar language set
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong initiative & Personal accountability
* 1-2 years of experience with either Oracle or DB2.
* Awareness and utilization of Method/1, ASAP, or software development methodologies
* Experience with DataStage application
