They require an experienced Credit Controller, ideally from consumer collections background who is happy speaking to clients who have unpaid invoices, a persuasive but professional telephone manner is essential. Ability to build relationships over the telephone and to ensure monies paid
This is a dynamic fast paced team and would ideally suit someone who enjoys working in this type of environment.
