T SUPPORT ANALYST
6-12 months Contract - Salary 18-20k Depending on experience

The William Tracey Group is Scotland's leading recycling and resource management Company, with a reputation for
innovation and creativity.

We are about to enter an exciting stage of the development of our ICT infrastructure, in support of operational systems
development, and require an additional member of our IT team to support this.

You will be enthusiastic and skilled in 1st & 2nd line IT support and will be responsible for providing consistent, high
quality, customer focused Desktop and Server support to our staff across our UK sites.

You will be qualified at HND level or above, or hold the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) qualification.

The IT Support Analyst will have proven IT Service Desk experience, excellent knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7, all
Microsoft Office applications and PC/Server hardware and peripheral configuration, must have knowledge of networking and
data communications and a good understanding of user administration in an Active Directory environment.

Experience in as many of the following areas as possible:

* Windows XP and later

* Windows 2003 & 2008 server

* HyperV virtualisation

* MS Office 2007 applications

* Active Directory

* Networking skills, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, Firewalls, VPN

* MS SQL Server, Oracle

* MS SharePoint

* SAN/NAS Storage

* Symantec BackupExec

* PBX/IP Telephony

In addition, the IT Support Analyst will have excellent analytical and communication skills, a keen attention to detail
and be committed to the delivery of a high quality service to their users. Some travel may be required to our sites so
access to your own vehicle will be required.
