Our client are looking for a site manager to oversee their refurbishment project in Horsham.
You will be working in occupied and void property, covering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment as well as basic M&E
services and decoration.
It is essential you have up to date CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS qualification as well as proven track record in the decent
homes sector.
You will also need use of your vehicle as properties are scattered around Horsham, petrol expenses accrued for business
purposes will be reimbursed.
This will be a 4/6 week project, immediate start.
