The Professional Fundraiser is a door-to-door fundraising agency working on behalf of Cats Protection, the UK's leading
feline welfare charity; and are currently looking for experienced sales advisors to help raise the 500,000 that the
Charity requires on a weekly basis to look after the 6,000+ cats and kittens currently in their care.

Working door-to-door local to where you live, you will engage, in a sensitive manner, with members of the public about
the Charity's cause, offering the person the opportunity to make a monthly donation to the charity for many years to
come.

We offer a starting salary of 6.50 per hour, and with a bonus for every donor you recruit for the Charity above our
minimum performance level (6 donors per week), you can realistically expect to achieve earnings of between 10 and 12
per hour.

Full training is provided, and as your experience and performance grows in this sales/fundraising environment, you will
soon have the opportunity to progress to a team leader role. Team leaders are commonly responsible for a team of up to
five fundraisers, and help to provide quality training as well as organise and support fundraisers when in the field.
Furher bonuses apply to the team leader role, and allow for on target earnings of 30,000 per annum.

Full time positions are 36 hours per week, 3pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 11am and 5pm on Saturdays or Sundays.

No direct sales experience is necessary Also essential are a mature and responsible approach, excellent communication
skills, passion for cats and kittens, and a resilient nature able to handle rejection from donors not wishing to donate.
