As HR Advisor you will support our Senior HR Advisor in providing full generalist HR services to our call centre
operations. Your role will be working with leaders across Vanquis to give support on all aspects of people management,
performance improvement and HR process. There will be a heavy emphasis on managing recruitment activities that will
engage with top talent and cover contact centre to senior roles. You will also provide the senior executive team with
regular management information reporting.

We are looking for an HR generalist with excellent communication, planning and prioritising skills coupled with a proven
track record of delivery within a fast paced, demanding environment. Comfortable dealing with a wide range of performance
management and disciplinary issues you will be flexible to support operations in our Chatham or London offices as needed
and keen to impact on the success of the HR team.
