We require an exceptional applicant to lead by example in motivating, developing and running the branch specialising in
Education recruitment.
Our education division is in the enviable position of having secured a number of strategically placed contracts allowing
for a strong recruitment pipeline. We therefore require a strong and determined branch manager to carry this performance
forward. We want a clear-thinking leader that can match our ambitions of market leadership and building on these
successes.
We are looking for someone who is extremely sales focused, and is driven to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for
someone who is looking for a company where they can really prove their worth. This vacancy is ideal for a current Branch
Manager or team leader who has their sights set on achieving greater things in a striving market.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for outlining a branch business plan covering each term
of the academic year in line with key areas of expenditure. You will also be expected to monitor other expenditure via
the published profit and loss and discuss any variance with the Sales Manager. Working within a specific geographical
area, you will identify and assist your team members in developing new clients and formulate an action plan to
re-activate lapsed clients. In addition, you will be expected to deal with any new business launches for your branch.
Our remuneration package only attracts those who believe in themselves. Our developed Mangers can earn 100k+ pa, a
statement unmatched by our peers.
Knowledge and experience in the Education sector is desirable, however proven successful managers from other sales driven
markets will be considered.
