Are you a primary Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher looking for a teaching job in the Canterbury, Herne Bay or Whitstable area? Hays Education are currently looking for primary Key Stage 1 (KS1) teachers to provide cover for both daily and long-term posts in the Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable areas.
We are looking for specialist primary KS1 teachers who can be flexible across KS1 from Foundation to Year 2. Teachers with proven classroom management are essential but NQTs are welcome to apply.
Primary KS1 teaching jobs in the Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable area could be either on a daily basis or as part of a long-term contract with flexible and competitive pay scales.
Hays Education have a number of partnerships with primary schools across Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable and East Kent. These schools provide positions for daily supply teachers, long-term active teaching posts as well as one-to-one tuition; PPA and management cover for part time jobseekers.
Hays offer a bespoke supply teaching service so whether it is daily work, long-term assignments, short-term contracts or permanent work we are confident we will be able to support you.
To be considered for primary KS1 jobs in Canterbury, Herne Bay & Whitstable you must have:
Recent experience of teaching KS1 as part of the National Curriculum
QTS or equivalent (unqualified candidates can be considered)
A dedication to innovative and stimulating teaching methods
A proven track record of classroom management
